I found very helpful staff and good facilities. the room provided water, tea, coffee, and biscuits. the hotel was very clean, and the food and drinks tasted very good. i had access to amenities, including a swimming pool, steam room, and jacuzzi.

my colleague was only booked for one night instead of two, even after confirmation at check-in.

The christmas decorations and grand entrance really impressed me upon arrival. the cleanliness of my room was notable. It helped. the staff were always helpful, going above and beyond with requests. i especially liked the swimming pool. Its facilities were excellent and allowed relaxation.

i found the tv channel selection quite basic and limited.

The breakfast options accommodated my dietary needs. They were vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free. I felt safe eating all the food. The hotel is near shops and fast food, and it is also close to the motorway. Free parking made coming and going very simple.

The room showed some signs of wear.

the hotel's location proves advantageous. the room had a welcome chocolate treat in the fridge. i found the staff addressed every need with genuine care and the rooms also had good size. the restaurant offered very good food for dinner and breakfast.

i found this inconvenient, as it increased the distance to amenities. the coffee was not replenished in the room .
